教学特色;Teaching characteristics

国际部实行教导处+班主任+导师+生活老师多重负责制,对学生的行为规范、品德教育、心理健康等方面进行全时段、全方位地关注和教育。我们教学管理特色主要体现在以下几个方面:

We practice multiple( guidance offices,head teacher,tutor and dorm teachers) responsibility system , and we always pay omnibearing attentions to students’performance, characteristics and psychological health in any time. Our teaching and management characteristics mainly reflects as the following terms:

 

1)分层教学Stratified Teaching

对学生进行分层教学,最大限度地让不同学习基础、不同学习能力的学生获得与自己相适宜的成长环境,培养学生自信心,并从中体会学习的乐趣和享受收获的成就感;

We have stratified teaching procedures that trying to involve students who are in the different learning basis and different learning abilities to an all-around participation, we devote to develop students self-confidence to enable students to enjoy the fun of study and sense of achievement.

 

2)走班制Class-Selection-System

走班制让学生实现自主选课,让学生在学习中逐渐找到未来专业的发展方向。课堂的组织形式扩大了学生的交往范围,加大了学生间的相互影响,有利于培养学生们的团队协作能力。

In this system, students can do self-elective to find development directions for further career.The organizational form of class expands the scope of the students 'communication and increases the mutual influence among the students. It is a good way to develop the students' teamwork abilities.

3)导师制Tutorial System

采用研究性学习方式,鼓励和发展学生的探究能力和论文写作水平;

We adopt research-based learning methods to encourage students' exploring spirit and paper-writing ability.

4)班主任Head teacher

采用学生档案管理,对学生的生活,学习,心理健康和品德发展进行跟踪和定期评定,为家校共同努力培养学生提供方向;

The head teacher establish files for every students, the file records student’s all-around conditions for tracking their development and doing regular assessments, this can promote family-school communications.

 

5)活动课程Activity Curriculum

各种活动课程旨在发展学生的特长和兴趣,为学生提供平台发其领导力和创造力。通过跨学科知识应用和社会实践课题指导,帮助学生深层次理解各学科贯通以及理论与实践相结合的学习方法;

Theactivity curriculumisdesigned to develop students’strong pointandinterests. It is a platform that candevelop students leadershipskillsand creativity.Instructed by theinterdisciplinary knowledge and social practicesubjects,students candeeply benefited from thelearning methods.

 

6)教材Textbooks

精选国内外权威教材,配以国内外各种学科相关的书籍;

We selectedauthoritative teaching materialsfromdomestic andabroad, and wesupported by various domestic and foreign-related books;

 

 

7)教学方法TeachingMethods

通过小组课题讨论和项目学习,培养学生的团队协作意识和领导力;以探究式课堂为主,培养学生批判性思维和学术研究能力;

Students’teamwork spirit and leadershipskills can be developed by group discussion and project of learning. We provide student with inquiry-based classroom to improve students’critical thinking and research ability;

 

 

8)社区服务与社会实践课程Community service and social practice curriculum

社区服务与社会实践致力于学生综合素质的形成和发展,着眼于提高学生的社会实践能力,帮助学生形成积极向上的情感体验和健康充实的生活态度,增强学生对社会的使命感和责任感;

Community service and social practice is committed to the formation and development of the overall quality of students,they are focusing on improving students 'social practice ability to help students forming a positive emotional experience and a healthy and fulfilling attitude towards life and enhance students' sense of mission and sense of social responsibility;

 

 

 

9)学生服务中心The Student Services Centre

国际部开设升学指导中心、考试中心、国际项目办等为全校学生提供升学、国际考试、课外活动等方面的服务;

TheInternational Departmentopensguidance center, test centerandtheInternational Project Officefor studentsto provideservices that related to study abroad.
